The Values Canvas is made up of three pillars: People, Process, and Technology. The Process pillar contains three elements: Intent, Implement and Instrument. 

In this case study we focus on the first of the three Process elements: Intent. In this element, we are looking to fill the need to establish a clear and consistent strategic direction on how to manage ethical values in action. An Intent solution is any company policy providing strategic guidance for Responsible AI and ethics practices.
